Welcome!

NDSG 2025 begins Friday, February 14, 2025 at 8:00AM Eastern Time with breakfast and opening activities and concludes Sunday, February 16, 2025 at noon with breakfast and a closing session. This year's meeting takes place at the Colombiere Conference and Retreat Center, 9075 Big Lake Road, Clarkston, Michigan.


Registration Rates for NDSG 2025:

Any NDSG member who has attended any past NSDG conference is welcome to attend. We can accommodate 82 participants.

  • Full Meeting, Double/Shared Occupancy Room: $270
  • Full Meeting, Single Occupancy Room: $390
  • Full Meeting with Meals, but No Room: $270

Registration fees include all meeting events, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, and evening parties.

Registration is available for the full meeting only, from from Friday to Sunday. Rooms are available for check-in at 3 PM on Thursday.

Rooms at Colombiere Center feature twin beds, a sink in the room, and common restrooms and showers located across the hallway. Please tell us about any special needs that require accommodation. Read more about the accommodations.

Registration will close when the available spaces are filled.

Cancellation Policy:  Cancellation requests must be sent via email to John Lockhart, NDSG Planning Committee. Due to the nature of our lodging contract and minimum requirements to secure the Center, cancellation requests will be reviewed and may be partially granted after the close of the Conference.


Travel and Rideshare Information

The Center is located between Detroit Metro Airport and Flint Bishop Airport. Please indicate if you plan to rent a car or are traveling by car and are willing to share a ride. More transportation details will be available as the event date nears. Read more about the location.


Financial Aid/Scholarships

NDSG Financial Aid is solicited and awarded to ensure the participation of those who otherwise would not be able to attend. This year, the Financial Aid Committee will award scholarships as reductions to registration fees. We will make awards as long as funding is available. To request financial aid, please send the amount of your request and information about it to David Wasserman, NDSG Treasurer.

Please help others to attend NDSG Annual Meetings by contributing to our financial aid fund as part of your registration. Your contributions are vital to sustaining this event. No contribution is too small. Your contribution to the Financial Aid Fund will be added to your total payment.

Meals and Snacks

Colombiere Center will provide meals daily in their dining room. Special diets, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and individual diets, are accommodated. The registration process includes a chance to state dietary needs. Group snacks, including parties, will be self-catered by NDSG.

NDSG 2025 Full Event Registration includes overnight lodging (Thursday night through Saturday night) in a shared occupancy room or single occupancy room, based on the registration type you selected.
